Designed and managed by oyster farmers with over 30 years of industry experience, this new farming system brings great efficiency and durability to aquaculture equipment.

FlipFarm is extremely easy to use and can be applied in different farming environments; it offers an ideal solution for oyster growth, conditioning, and fattening, while also providing effective control against parasites and predators.

Beyond its ease of use, the combination of Australian Hexcyl baskets and the patented New Zealand FlipFarm kit allows for the implementation of an “Oyster Farming Park” in a highly flexible and scalable way, enabling steady growth in line with investment capacity.

We are proud and honored to be the representatives of this new technology in Italy, and the first to manage with this system the largest national oyster park currently located in the valleys between Estensi and Spina.
Situated in the pristine lagoon of Comacchio, this natural oasis is home to unique treasures, such as the oyster “I Gioielli di Lucrezia”.
